It's pretty obvious he lost the sociopathic edge he had for creating music and is just chilling now.

I believe he feels like he has absolutely nothing left to prove and has transitioned out of being at the forefront of hip hop very smoothly.

Still sounds like cap but I wish Drake would at least do another in-depth interview and discuss the impact of the leaks. Would’ve been crazy if Love All and OG Not Around came out as he initially anticipated.

I think the pandemic and the pushbacks just meant his vision for the album changed over time and led him to include newer material. Who knows what his original vision was

Im okay with it. CLB a great album and is still making its waves (continues to be a top 10 album every week). Still digesting it. Rather he drop features here and there (which he is) + throwaways (which he did - Mention Me, Neatly etc) than a whole project
