I've lived with three different women who struggle with EDs, one of them my best friend who had to be hospitalized a couple years back when she hit 5'4", <80 lbs, and another my own mother who had to go to a treatment center to put on weight.

There are a lot of healthy ways to help someone dealing with an ED and none of them are "say nothing and look the other way because you might make them feel worse."

I understand people being concerned i really hope she is alright. And if she isn’t, gets the right help.
