I like Arteta and I want him to succeed here but bringing on Willian as a sub is going to cost him his job. That sub of Willian for Partey singlehandedly ruined any possible chance of scoring an equalizer. Martinelli should’ve came on instead of Willian. And it’s very worrying that Partey had zero injury issues at Atlético but is plagued with injuries here. We need to sort that out.

And Auba is just... idk. Very disappointing this season after such a great run in the league & FA Cup last season.

On a positive note, Mat Ryan had a good game. Seems to be a great backup goalkeeper for Leno.

Tottenham are such a disgraceful club. With the exception of the Lamela goal, they looked absolutely toothless. The fact that they were top of the league at one point this season and have cascaded down to this level is hilarious.
