Facts. best open world single player ive ever played
It's wild how alive the whole world feels . I've played through the game twice and both my experiences were completely different .
There is just so much to explore and see that you'll never have the same experience twice
yea between John and Arthur, two absolutely incredibly written video game main characters. gut wrenching how both of them go out
GTA 6 is going to be the best video game EVER.
EVER.
GTA is known for being over-the-top and borderline parody so I doubt we'll see characters like this in that series.
RD1 protagonist is also up there. It was John, right? Been a minute but I remember being teary eyed at the end.
Mine too, top 5 in gaming.
As someone that has lived with health problems since birth to now & once has lived in a not so good area, I relate immensely to him & a lot of it from my own experience is realistic.
maybe the last great game we'll get
Tlou2 dropped a year and a half after this game fam
It's great when I murder thousands of people and then there's a cutscene where arthurs like "I'm just tryna be a good man and find a safe place for my people"
GTA 6 is going to be the best video game EVER.
EVER.
Lol don’t get your hopes up
RDR2 and Arthur Morgan is why I am not angry about GTA6 taking however long.
Like someone said, imagine how crazy gta6 will be. It really has to be better than RDR2. No chance it won’t be.
GTA6 will blow our minds
I just finished up RDR2, and I have to say-- Arthur is one of the most well-written and dynamic characters that I've ever seen in a game.
Slight spoilers below.
His progress through each chapter-- his slow realization of what is going on in the camp after his illness is revealed, his search for what he wants in life. The hard-hitting moments that completely shift his perspective. The themes of the story culminating in one of the most satisfying conclusions I've ever seen for a character. From top-to-bottom, I genuinely think he's one of the best video game characters, of all time.
He's the perfect complement to John Marston too, who is kinda the deuteragonist of RDR2, which people tend to not even realize until the final mission/epilogues.
I loved this game man, as someone who doesn't even like many mainstream games. Its story is a masterpiece imo-- the characters, the plot, the literary elements, the small details here and there-- were all incredible.
