I would say pretty much every artist from the blog era-pre drill/melodic era has reached their potential besides the rappers who didn't release a lot of music.
For the new era, I don't see Uzi improving that much if he keeps the same style he has. 21 Savage. Migos. Travis Scott. Thug.
