  • Prime example is travis Barker

I dont like pop punk, I find it corny and moany- but I have to give it to a guy who blew up in 2001 to have continued being able to connect and launch youths careers even in different genres. Kinda impressive

Obviously this doesnt apply to Ye and other influential artists who have remained popular the whole time

yes but he’s creatively bankrupt music wise

you don’t drop something like nah nah nah if u care about music

you can tell he’s getting older and is chasing a billboard sound that he thinks will chart, which is dissapointing when everyone tries to sound like him.

i love his creative work outside of music but it’s becoming obvious that he should have faked retirement after yeezus, and come back when he wanted to focus

music is just another leg of business for him. and it’s a business that makes him no money. thus no effort. it sucks and it’s a loss for music, until he returns with passion.

    Ehh I'm in mixed agreement

On the one hand course hes getting older, that's the way it is it happens to all of us

But on the other, na na nah was clearly a joke song meant for his campaign, hardly a great indicator of his creative capability right now. Wash us in the blood is probably a better gauge

Agree he should take some time off and come back with some high art
