But i think it has to do with being living in the bayarea and how old niggas still hate bighie, puffy n jay to this day & i grew up seeing the 2pac worshiping irl. Plus the e40 scaring Biggie & Biggie s***ting on various LA n Bayarea artists in a magazine.

Also one of my aunts from Vallejo said Biggie sounds like he always eating or struggling on the mic and i cant get it out of my head every time.

Still like songs by him tho but he isnt top 10 to me. Probably because i didnt grow up with him & from an area that is very hometown n west/south driven.

Only east coast niggas i heard growing up besides music videos on tv & before i did my own searching were DMX & Wu Tang Clan.
