He wasn't the most lyrically dense rapper, or the hardest beats, but his mic presence and personality, feeling and meaning that came through his songs was unparalleled and will possibly never be matched. It's something you can't learn, you are born with it. He was a born pophet. Nas had better lyrics, Biggie had better flows, Jay had more hits, Kanye has more versatility but no-one will touch that mic presence and feeling he was able to deliver.
I used to not be a fan, but the more and more I listened you just see how damn timeless he is.
Not to mention he was a pretty MF and put High Fashion into rap, a personal friend of the Late great Gianni Versace, he did that.
I can't believe how much he achieved in 25 years of life, only 25 years that's unbelievable.
He even walked in a Versace 1996 show as per Gianni's request
He use to be THE goat when I was younger but that’s cause I was basically brainwashed into believing that. He’s still a goat but not in my top 5.

who got a mic presence like pac, who's every word sounds truthful, no rapper comes close
He’s ok but Rap not being nearly as popular as it would become elevated his status a lot

Prime Weezy and Cam mic presence were up there. They did it with so much “swag” or whatever term you wanna use.

There is a reason he's the most mentioned GOAT, he's the one that most common.
I don’t think age has anything to do with it. I feel just as indifferent towards Pac at 22 as I did at 14

lol, rap wise he would have been the biggest of All Time, no doubt.
He is still top 10 All Time at the very least, not one respectable ran fan would leave him out
Me Against the World still one of the best rap albums of all time
sad that 1 dumb moment cost him his life- he would have achieved so much more

i agree any fan of hip pop should put him somewhere in the top 10 and he has three classics in my opinion i just wouldnt personally put him no1
As I get older I’m caring less and less about Tupac and Biggie
