Nordic Model in general is pretty neoliberal but the workers' rights they give are pretty far ahead of what most countries in the west consider the norm.

Not that I support their status quo but support for the Nordic Model isn't really bootlicker s*** considering the policies they have in place for workers in the country. I'd definitely want something that places even more emphasis on the proletariat body but given what we have there it's a good thing to support for now so it can eventually be a socio-economic framework the US can be be brought into and through as we head further left on the political spectrum
