So y'all literally want him to make the SAME TRACKS he was making ten years ago...but y'all complaining that he's been making the same songs for eight years......do y'all actually know what y'all even want at this point?
LLA - concise sound without any distractions.
ALLA - concise sound with hints of experimenting and great writing. Don’t know why he strayed away from this.
Testing-Now: All over the place on some Jaden Smith s***, no direction, talks about the same s*** over and over again.

I meant 8 so i’m not counting ALLA aka his best work. But if you want to dive into it, he’s not a great songwriter. All he does it talk about 3 of the same things no matter how diff the production is. Testing is ass because he wears his influences on his sleeve instead of making his own unique s*** like he did on ALLA. He’s been all over the place and has not grown as his on artist and this is coming from someone that was a huge fan.

People who say that Rocky has not grown as an artist really just expose that they don't pay attention to him, and unsurprisingly, just wanna keep him in the box of making the same stoner and leaned out tracks he was making ten years ago.

As I said his flow and charisma are his strengths as a rapper, I’m not claiming he can’t rap I’m just saying we aren’t listening to Rocky for lyrics.
