I wasnt born in Jamaica but if I have land there and America about to get hectic what stake do I really have in trying to save a country vs living my own life in Jamaica even if for a few months in peace \
If I could get a work from home job I would just have good wifi and live with a loved one then travel back for holidays and s*** on occassion

Your lineage is in Jamaica, like many BA's dating back at least the last 400 years is to America. There's no other option than this landmass. Of course there's nothing wrong with having lineage in either place but I feel like when politics, policy, etc that BA's have a more significant interest in the land
