you need a steak knife rather than a butter knife for steak for a reason--unless u have a5 wagyu or something, its probably going too tough to just bite small chunks off using just ur teeth, making it weird for pizza (where u typically wldnt use a knife in the states)

like for steak sandwiches, i think you need a bread that has a bite to it (eg a crusty french bread) rather than a focaccia bc a hardier bread offers an equivalent amount of bite to go w the steak.
and japanese steak sandos are ok bc a5 wagyu, otherwise dont bother imo

and idk i wouldnt waste a5 wagyu on pizza

I've seen it on a menu maybe once or twice? But never ordered it. Pepperoni is the pizza meat, maybe anchovies or sausage if you're feeling quirky. But steak on pizza? Pass.
