blaseyeah but the situation is a little shaky for two reasons
1. He was shot while fleeing and his back to the offices (idk if he still had taser in hand)
2. Ppl want police to use deadly force as the last resort. So they could have shot him in the leg, foot, arm, thigh, etc instead of aiming for his back-chest area.
That's why people are still protesting.
