Me personally, if it’s a movie I’m anticipating seeing and I know it’s playing in theaters, I’m gonna see it in theaters, but I know not everyone is like that.

I would assume the average person wouldn’t wait any longer than half a year to see a movie they had interest in, but idk I could be wrong

Like if The Batman Part II was announced beforehand to release on Netflix in April 2028, six months after it’s Oct. 2027 release date, would that really substantially affect how many people go see it in theaters?

Once theaters die Netflix is gonna charge you an extra $5 to watch a new movie in the first two weeks of release before it hits the platform for free for subscribers. Just watch.
