He was able to at least make the Arrowverse a cohesive universe that for a few years there was good.

Lol they producing too much content they take debt out too fund. Netflix was in debt for like it's first 10 years. Hulu I don't think has made profit all this time. Not to add 2020 when so many movies got postponed or sent straight to streaming. All that promo expense and no revenue generated.
