Russia has about the same amount of government corruption and lazy police as the US, it just doesn’t have a population that is as rabidly loyal to the country to prop up that corruption

just the nature of intelligence agencies it’s a battle itself to figure out whether the info u receive is legit, fraud, half truth etc
or they the russians don’t care and feel like they can use the terror attack for ulterior motivesit’s a battle of smokes and screen the people involved in it barely know what’s going, we know even less
