No spoilers but for my manga people, this episode only covered some of 107 and 108, but I don’t think anything is explicitly cut.
They rearranged the events: to make more narrative sense in my opinion.
10/10 would watch again.

This isn’t in sequential order lol I’d have to go re read.
Hange and Eren’s confrontation when he’s in confinement. Falco and Gabi’s perspectives / escape. The lady from Hizuru coming to Paradis and speaking with the MCs and Yelena and co. Zeke and Hizuru lady talking about the resources available on the island. Eren, Mikasa, Jean, Armin, Connie discussing who’s going to inherit the founding titan from him. Pieck, Galliard, and co discussing how Zeke is a traitor and planned to invade Marley. I think Reiner is present for that too. Historia going to The farm and her pregnancy. Zeke and Levi convo in forest.
I’m sure I missed stuff but I know all of this happened in those chapters and not all of it was in the episode.
But again the way it was paced / told I don’t think anything is cut they just rearranged stuff to make more sense.
Also there was at least one scene from 111 as well in the episode. But I don’t think they make it to 122 in 6 episodes unless they totally skip over s***
