There’s a lot to unpack this chapter.
1. Armin stumbles upon a 10 year old Eren in Paths. That plus the Ymir apparition when Fez boy dies raise a lot of questions on what's actually happening in Paths? Let’s go back 12 chapters.. why did Ymir even show up to save Zeke?
2. That panel of young Eren in the clouds, seeing freedom for the first time.
3. And There’s something going on with the birds.
I say ama didn’t shy away from showing the horrors of the Rumbling and I commend him on that. Probably will be censored in the anime
Eren has now regressed to a child just like Ymir in the pathways when he took her place.
we dont get another chapter till october?
No it always says the next issue is the month after.
Meaning that if it says “October issue” it’s for the September chapter.
It’s always been this way lol Isayama or his editor would announce if there’s a break and out of all 9 years since it started there has only Been ONE break and that was due to COVID being at its highest back in April lol my goat don’t miss tho
Eren has now regressed to a child just like Ymir in the pathways when he took her place.
could be regression or it could be a literal paths swap

i.e. 131's freedom page is the dream he was dreaming in chapter 1

my prediction is armin is about to inherit the founding titan by talking to child eren, like he did to ymir

It has to include Mikasa cause Eren specifically comments on how Mikasa’s hair got longer. I don’t think it’s shown the scene relating to that panel just yet.

if it's a swap, he hasn't swapped back just yet. we don't know what kid eren'll do when he's in paths, the memories that'll be shown to him, or the conversation he and armin may have. i bet the 'dream' is the entire kid eren paths experience from 131+.
Eren was agonizing and in so much pain trying to rationalize the rumbling that he used paths to pull his younger self that slept under the tree into the current time
Just so he can escape the reality of the situation and live as a child that fantasized abt freedom
I think for me SnK is heading to become one of the best manga of all time, probably the standout of the 2010s. There’s so many layers to why I think this. Firstly, Erens stance and actions are relatable to many people whose people have faced discrimination or are sick of the injustices of the world. That doesn’t mean their morally justifiable, but imagine if your entire people were treated like s\*\*\* for decades and expected to die out peacefully... I’m interested how Isayama will continue to explore this conflict of morality. Also this extends even further with Ymir and her situation
no idea how they're gonna fit everything in the manga into a single season
45 episodes season
no idea how they're gonna fit everything in the manga into a single season
They're probably gonna split the season like they did season 3

For me aot is what death note should have been in terms of maintaining momentum and ascending towards the end....it also executed the "fall from grace" better than any story I've ever read/seen.
Attack on Titan is the new best manga/anime of all time.
no idea how they're gonna fit everything in the manga into a single season
I mean if the manga ends within 5 chapters it won’t be too different from the other seasons.
S3 covered about 50 chapters (even though some events were changed to make the story more compact) and its only been 41 chapters since chapter 90 so all they have to do is either make it a 2 parter like S3 or just push on through with no breaks
