no kidding. actually impressive he did even better here.
I was with eren mad as s*** hearing what frieda was saying, but when he pulled up to his father and awoke his trauma like that for his benefits only man. I dont know how to feel, crazy how final season 1 and 2 made me unsure if i wanted to root for eren or not. Its easier for me to root for armin because he has the same goals but wants to find a better solution, but i also can see that eren cannot wait for a miracle to happen, and in a way i agree with him. Am i this much of an a****** tho? Armin did say that only a devil could change things in season 1, so maybe eren while being totally immoral is in the right. I dont know man
grisha's VA snapped this ep
Might be his best performance along Zeke's past last season
I realized they censored the kids dying, but even dark souls 3 had to do that so yeah im not mad at it, its too brutal

DOES THAT HAPPEN IN CHAPTER 1 OR THE ANIME PLS TELL ME
DOES THAT HAPPEN IN CHAPTER 1 OR THE ANIME PLS TELL ME

think it shows it in the anime too, but can't remember
The only other mangaka who has played with my emotions and thrown them in the trash is miura, this is absurd
Man last episode i was like "hell no f*** this dude zeke f*** him what is he talking about just die piece of s***" now this same character got me shedding some real tears
Im so conflicted on eren man, i want to hate him for what he did so bad but a part of me understands his position, that armin quote from season 1 always resonated with me. Only monsters willing to give up everything have changed history, because violence is the reality of this world, the world is just too cruel, and eren seems to believe so much in this rule that he finds no other alternatives. Now i also understand why he wants armin and mikasa to stay as far as they can from him, but i want them to be there for eren regardless
I love how isayama and the director played with us anime onlies, when grisha first saw zeke we think hes just hallucinating or having a bad dream because how could he right but the second time he really does and it catches you off guard, adding so much to the emotional potency of the scene, because first you think that he cant see them, and then that only eren can be seen by grisha because of the attack titan. Masterful
I got so hyped when right before the opening starts there's s great plot twist in eren being really the one who's showing these memories, which confirms what i thought, that eren is still the one who has the founding titan at the end, and that zeke was trying to convince eren to join him, and that's why eren said its useless (which was a thing that raised an eyebrow because i didnt understand why hed say that), because he already knew
Also i laughed out loud when eren annoyingly said to zeke "yeah yeah i shouldnt have been born, eldia is bad, my father is bad can we go now" man was in full control, this was actually more eye opening for zeke
