Tap in tomorrow morning before ep. 83

Animation this episode was the worst so far, but considering the end of the episode they sacrificed this one for the next final ones so not that bad
2nd half of the episode was hype inducing man, all our favs working together, "we're going to save the world" :damn:
ep isn't even on hulu or funimation yet and mfs are spoiling
is crunchyroll the only place to watch rn?
I liked what happened with the connie situation, but resolution was kinda fast. F\*\*\* with the vision heavy, a bit less with the execution, this "dragged" for 2 episodes and it ended like that, although i love how it ended. Was deadass tearing up for armin when he was willing to sacrifice himself, he should've never felt like filling erwin's shoes, he wasnt cut for it, same for hange who has some great quick, simple yet effective introspection at the beginning of the episode
Episode title fitting too, everyone dropping their pride and their selfishness to unite for a common goal, this situation is too f\*\*\*ed up to be on that s\*\*\*, what reason do you have to work for your own goals if the world is ending. I also LOVED onyankopon's confession, so much emotion and also so much truth, and seeing how the paradis jaegerists were behaving was horrid, these mfs havent learned anything, cycle of hatred cant be stopped man, oppressed becomes oppressor and so on. F\*\*\* floch forever, thought jean wouldve put a couple holes in his head but didnt happen, and i honestly found hyper realizing the 4 bullet shots were a signal, that part of the episode had great animation

Im not watching it on hulu or crunchyroll, those are up in 40 minutes. My bad for spoiling, although you shouldnt enter this thread if you havent watched the newest episode tbh
Spoiled my reaction cause i didnt want to spoil, will share more thoughts when the episode is officially released
Where are you watching it?
animixplay.to/v1/shingeki-no-kyojin-the-final-season-part-2/ep8
think fans take the raw file and put community subs on it so it comes out a lot earlier
Episode out so it should be aight for me to avoid using spoiler tags enter the thread at your own risk
Loved mikasa having finally some heavy character development
Looking at louise's unhealthy obsession with who saved her life she was reminded of herself, and her following reaction was stoic and cold but obviously fitting for her realization, she was probably seeing too much of herself and was disgusted at how dependent she was on eren. She probably took the scarf off her cause she didnt want to see that anymore, she's finally changing
Annie just casually entering the scene is peak aot comedy, dont get the hate AT ALL, its always been like this. Bertholdt and Reiner's reveal, the basement reveal, the eren's entrance in mikasa armin and gabi's scene, there's more but they dont come to mind rn, these are all important moments that feel anticlimactic, they're treated like normal ass events or some happen in the background. Love how isayama plays with our expectations and reactions, it actually makes these revelations more impactful and out of nowhere
I also found the brief scene of our main characters sleeping so sad, its the first time in a LONG time we see them rest, and it happening now gives it more emotion. These mfs are strong man, love all of them

Tbh iirc in the manga she did come across as more sympathetic towards louise. The anime had her walking away looking pissed off for no reason

Lmaooooo she was livid she was seeing herself in the person she's come to depspise for her obsessive admiration. Tbh both reaction are fitting, but the manga probaply fits mikasa more, after all isayama knows his characters more than the anime directors
Armin really a fool
Armin's problem is he thinks he should fill erwin's shoes but not even levi asked that of him. He can never be erwin, erwin is a goat leader and tactician, he has to be on the sidelines and come up with his ingenious plans, and i think that's what he did in the 2nd half of the episode
