I mean, it's just a matter of interpretation right.
Some people could easily interpret the Eldians as white people. Their ancestors were colonizers. Modern day Eldians are hated due to the sins of their ancestors. The Eldians are conflicted between working with the rest of the world or fighting back and regaining their supremacy. You get the point. If people interpret the material that way, it's understandable how they might give Isayama the side-eye when he decides Eren should genocide the world (alternatively, people who have facist or nationalistic ideologies might be cheering for Isayama).
For what it's worth, Isayama has stated that he doesn't think the series passes judgement on what's right or wrong. So unless a new interview has come out, he's made it clear that he had no intention of telling the readers that genocide is bad. People just decided to interpret the work as Isayama was saying it is, which just leads me back to my first point: it's all a matter of interpretation.
For what it's worth I think both interpretations are valid, cause the different ways that each person engages with their media and the different conclusions they come to is what makes discussion about them interesting.

Where did you find this copypasta lmfaooo
You gotta honestly clap it up for how much the anime smooths over some of the narratively jarring parts of the end
Also, I didn’t appreciate Isayama having Gabi (the most hated by a wide margin at one point) be the one to stop ____ (who I think finished as the most hated) from blowing s*** up
The ending is great what the f*** were niggas crying about????
You just read that mid ending?
For what’s going to happen? Yes. But I won’t argue it’s also weird to advertise a final szn and release it in 3 parts. Though you won’t see me complain that they’re taking absolute care and time into making it as perfect as it can be on the anime’s 10th anniversary.
Yeah after catching up, I see that they definitely needed it. They’ve added enough moments to regulate the pacing to where they needed at least 30 episodes
The pacing for the manga was god awful, even if it seems like “padding”, better to give us more emotion and subtext than to not
There was a LOT of people who were mad that things became GoT-like, where characters just teleported from A to B to C and exposition/dialogue that came from travel was almost completely cut
It was gonna necessitate more screen time just resolving that
Is it confirmed that twitter account is his?

Thanks for the info!
Caught the last episode
They picked an absolutely dreadful point to end the show in terms of cliffhanging
Did a solid job of helping depict Eren as a chaotic good instead of a ruthless c*** though
Read the last two volumes the other day. Glad I didn't wait on the anime because it would've made it underwhelming. Like a 6 outta 10 ending. Now I get to be hype for Part 3 if it exceeds it.

Yeah I really hope the anime can deliver on what the manga lacked in the final arc even though I personally love the ending it’s definitely got room for improvement

I bet it will, which is why I'm glad I read it first
Just finished the manga
eren was not truly free after all, he was indirectly being manipulated by Ymir imo
Yeah it's avg at best for me, but some people kept hating on it and overlooking a lot of the core themes that were "attempted" to be given to us in those last few chapters.
They literally kept thinking Armin was thanking from the bottom of his heart for Eren for killing everyone lol
Wtf bruhh Spoiler it

Covered. My bit didn't spoiler too much, so it's still good for most people

Nah, he was a slave to his desires. He failed where Kenny ultimately suceeded
