Wait, but Eren & Zeke talking to Ymir in the weird dimension, time will pass differently than the real time, right? Like a couple of years could pass by in the real world?
Also, halfway through S3 onward features some of the best writing and performances I've witnessed in anime in a while, the localization is incredible and Grisha's conversation with Eren about the Curse of Ymir is emblematic of this. I don't really praise the writing of anime/manga that often but it actually blew me away with how well written the dialogue is now. It's like it just keeps ramping up the further along you go
Im planning on rewatching it but only after the finale, i think that the series will be even more enjoyable once ill have all pieces put together, especially since isayama had the entire story in his mind since chapter 1 so theres probably a ton of foreshadowing i could not notice on my first watch

only 3 more chapters for all this?
only 3 more chapters for all this?
Prepared for tears
only 3 more chapters for all this?
3, possibly 4? every volume besides 2 and 4 (they had 5) have had a total of 4 chapters.
It’s very convenient to reveal that right there and why didn’t Annie just go with the rest on the airplane, in the end falco just ended up taking her there. That was his main role as the flying jaw titan it just feels too convenient and that’s not right if the readers feel that way
Eh rather have a good story and exciting turns than keeping things "realistics/logical"
People been knew something was up with Ymir. I just feel like the story would have been better off if Falco became a normal jaw titan and they all just flew on the plane with Reiner and the rest of the survey corps members. Giving Falcos titan characteristics from multiple titans just invites a lot of bs into the story. If they used the the spinal fluid from a founding titan shifter would that give someone special abilities etc
I mean Zeke is more or less confirmed as dead right now, what's to say he isn't the pure beast titan? he's ingested the beast titan's spinal fluid already. How is it different to say the attack titan being able to tell the future for example?

A moment in the real world could be an eternity in paths, read some coloured versions of the chapters in paths and Zeke was coloured as having white hair, and he mentions he waited for years for Eren to arrive in patchs
Yea
What as in what
S*** not touching SHINZO WO SASAGEYO
Oh my bad
When this inevitably grows on you you'll be literally singing a different tune

Bro then tf is the point of Eren even going into the Paths to converse with Ymir, when he gets back to real life, Mikasa and Armin will be in their 80s

It’s already growing on me Lmaoo. Love those last few notes as it zooms in on the attack titan

Think you're missing the point, time moves faster in paths than the real world
How many episodes is S4 supposed to be?
Nothing is confirmed but the first part is rumored to be 16 episodes
Didn't catch this in the anime at first (I don't think it's even in the manga), but Falco saying he was dreaming about flying around with swords referencing Ymir's memories? That's a nice little addition and nod to manga readers if so.

And the concept of spinal fluid being used to augment other shifters has always been there from the beginning but now we calling it an asspull when its used at the end
“uh... guys... are we just going to ignore that line from dazed falco seemingly recalling being in the survey corps??”
Post from Reddit, but a moment that did feel pretty peculiar for me

Yeah I don't remember if he says that in the manga. If he doesn't then it's just a nod at manga readers. Pretty cool and subtle.

he doesn’t say it in the manga BUT during one of Eren’s PATHS memory fragments he see’s Falco laying on the ground even tho Eren wasn’t in that area so there has to be more meaning to it. It’s the only panel that isn’t a direct POV from Eren https://s6.mangabeast01.com/manga/Shingeki-No-Kyojin/0130-008.png
