It’s closer to showing off or posing but still not 1:1 with those either. I think aura farming has its own place as a legit descriptor

The entire point of farming something is that you’re intentionally cultivating it and that makes it less impressive and less genuine
If you have to farm aura to boost yours then you don’t really have aura. You just tryna seem like you do
Look at Tatum after winning that fluke chip. How many times did he try to have a moment and failed every time cus it was so obvious he was looking for one

farming aura unintentionally (aka some of the photos being posted) is real aura
farming aura intentionally (some examples in here but less) is just someone trying hard to be cool which usually results in the opposite
