He also got an anonymous email that Loki brought Steve and Peggy to F4's Earth because they dont exist there, and the TVA was pruning his timeline.Rocha says Doom has his own "Black Order" of witches and sorcerers, and that F4 and Doom are actually the ones who team up and bring Steve to 616 to gain trust
