it'll never be done, just like star wars will never be done. the IP will be used forever.

with batman obviously they reboot it again and again with no connection between the reboots. with Marvel, and the multiverse thing, they literally have a built-in plot function to reboot it while keeping everything canon. so at some point that'll happen (like you said - maybe 15 years from now) but honestly I could see Earth 616 still being the main MCU universe for longer than that - maybe another 25 years or forever and a mantle like Iron Man just passing to someone new like it did for Captain America, Hawkeye, Hulk and Black Widow.

Watching Endgame that s*** hit me hard bc I’ve been obsessed with Marvel and specifically Iron Man since the first grade and knowing that era was ending was upsetting

But watching these new movies and shows, I got faith in the future of the MCU

as other people have said, the only way they would do a true "final movie" and reboot would be if this MCU becomes a commercial and critical failure. certainly that could happen if/when feige leaves the company, but right now it seems too big to fail so there is no end in sight. even if they have overexposed themselves with the Disney+ shows and experience a minor commercial failure (e.g. they determine shows like Ms. Marvel aren't profitable), they could just pull back on it while keeping the franchise in tact like how Star Wars pulled back on their output but didn't reboot anything.
