You’re not really taking out the fat, you’re taking out the oil. You can cook fatty meats in it still, but it’s a lot healthier bc where you’d normally use hella oil (especially if you’re deep frying) you use at most a tablespoon or two of oil

y’all know you can pretty much get the same results w a convection oven? (If you have a oven/toaster oven at home it’s a good chance you have a convection oven setting on it)

my mom got an air fryer and tbh it’s pretty gimmicky/don’t see why she would use this over a toaster oven tbh. Guarantee you it’s cause all her other Asian friends got one.
