Immersion is the best most realistic way my g, The way I was able to be pretty fluent over the years is because my girl is latina, I work and are friends good bit of Latinos, and even spent 2 summers in Colombia and Nicaragua. Speaking, practicing picking up on things and hearing stuff repeatedly on a pretty regular basis (even going to Latin clubs/events hell even listening to more Spanish music lol) is definitely the best way you’ll be able to understand more quicker and more fluent than anything else.

As far as apps and courses go Pimsleur and this YouTube page are definitely a pretty good start
