They saying that in the past 12 months violent crime is down 20 percent and property crime has declined 36 percent in light of this change. Homicides haven’t changed.

In NYC we barely prosecute violent crimes lol. Most people arrested are back on the street in hours or days ready to attack again.

Might as well expand that to d*** possession and prostitution. People who are buying prostitutes also shouldn’t be prosecuted.

Remember little Amsterdam in The Wire, they finna turn the whole city into that.
