Signitures make the whole ktt experience much worse, reminiscent of the early blog days and not in a good way. The mods have made this site much better compared to the old site, and continuously adding feature which we all appreciate. But I really don't want to see this site regress just because people want to be unique and have signitures.

If you just look today at threads and the comments, majority of people don't like the signatures.

From a UX point of view, signitures doesn't add to the thread discussion, and add meaningless noise to the threads. We come on ktt to relax, we didn't come to ktt to try to find comments.

Edit: no need to completely ban it, but just give us an option to not see it.

1. They should not appear in the quotes

2. Toggle to turn them off

I don't see an issue with the signatures. Plenty of people including me want a way to express ourselves.

If anything, why isn't there an option to just hide them?

I’m with this idea, okay for now the signatures don’t look bad but eventually I might get tired of them and having the option to turn it off would be great

I’m disgusted by them personally. I’m okay with the hentai, the data:image quotes that fill up entire pages, and the numerous s***ty takes but these are too far.

Like I said; if there was just a "hide signatures button" that was auto selected, that would be the best way to do it
