humeydon’t gotta frame it like it’s about her being a women, her abuse facilitated aspects of her personality…and at times I have sympathy for her character of course but she’s still written as an effectively awful person, like all the other characters, hers is the one most motivated by internal hubris tho, this ain’t no skylar situation
Oh yeah not just because she a woman but there whole killers and far more reprehensible characters . No character is good in this show per se

Finally caught up in the season ready for episode 3

I wonder who Barry was asking the feds to take with him? It can't be Fuches since he's still in jail... I'm thinking he's gonna rat about Sally killing that guy but make the feds promise to put her in witness protection with him so they can "get new lives" together in exchange for giving info on the criminal organizations he's been involved with. I think that visit where Sally said she feels safe with him made him think there's a chance to salvage their life together. We also see that dream sequence with Sally and Barry at a wedding dancing together which affirms this. I low-key feel like Sally would be down for this potentially since her life is already ruined just by association with Barry. Or she declines the offer and Barry goes on a murderous rampage

The first stab was self defense but that goes out the window when you beat the guy to death with a bat when he was no longer attacking you + got rid of the body and cleaned the whole scene. Self defense laws are not that flexible lol
