Based on Bill Hader’s comments and the reviews hinting towards a big twist halfway into the season I think it wasn’t a dream
And when I think about it, they gave like the absolute bare minimum amount of resolution for each character (except maybe in the case of Gene’s son but the shoulder wounds being shown imply he likely survived) to allow for it.
Jim missed his shot at Barry. We may not have gotten the showdown we expected but that IS a way to end that thread
Hank made the ultimate sacrifice to be a crime lord like he always wanted and now owns LA
