    STUFF

I just find it unusual that I've donated more than Virgil. I'm British

Not complaining, really, I just find Virgil's approach offbeat

The average american citizen has been unemployed for a while, and instead of saving money for yourself, you donated it to a good cause

Virgil never has to worry about working again and dropped like .000001 percent of his wealth

S*** Virgil only giving 50 makes me feel better because I felt like my 200 I donated wasn't enough because I know how much bail can be

Like forreal f*** this cheap ass nigga and f*** niggas defending him for giving the equivalent of loose pocket change

    Dope!

Yeah no one would be making a fit if he didn't post it

Donate in silence and this wouldn't be a problem

No ones gonna praise you for doing not even the bare minimum

Y'all know exactly why people are getting on him for donating just 50 bucks. Knock it off.

It's people on unemployment and who haven't worked in months who have been managing to drop 200 on these bail funds, and a director apart of Louis Vuitton is only pitching in a measly 50 bucks?

Like yeah some money is better than no money, but 50 bucks when the clothing he puts out costs a regular person their paycheck? Come on nigga.

I like Virgil but this absolutely reeks of self service and if you can’t see that, I don’t know what to tell you. The head designer of LV and creator of the most popular brand in the world right now donated $50 of his overall wealth and then posted about it lmao hahaha

That's so crazy to me. I'm very privileged and just assumed others in my position would do the same. It's for a really good cause, this is legal empowerment. This is where Law and Policy Reform starts

I guess this is more about expectation than anything else, so I understand how others may find it unfair to pressure Virgil

    How much is enough?

  • Donnie Darko definitely one of those dudes who d*** ride Jeff Bezos.

$50 to the average American is half of their potential to reach the national average. The national average household income is about $52K; $26K per person; $100 a day. Coupled with the risen unemployment rate post COVID-19, you get the picture

This!! Most of us who've donated probably donated around the same or more even though we dont earn anywhere near what he does. The weirdest thing is that he posted it online like it was a massive donation
