Pathetic
Y’all just mad the mainstream don’t wanna see your indie snoozefests
Keep your bullshit “cinema”
We want superheroes YA B****
Love this pretend game yall are doing where you act like Ben and Warner/DC still tight like that enough to speak on their behalf
COPE
Again, blaming other movies instead of audiences not paying for the movies that you wanna see is a sign of poor thinking
i mean hes speaking facts but its weird coming from anyone involved in the DCEU, i mean wouldnt being as big as the MCU be their ultimate goal?
i will die of laughter if the movie industry turns into as soulless an industry as anime

Is it soulless? I had no idea. I don’t really care for much anime personally. Too over the top for my tastes.

There's maybe like 2 out of 40 shows per season that have some semblance of heart and care put into them. The production committees are just throwing s*** at the wall and paying studios to pump out anime after anime of the flavour of the month genre in hopes that one of them ends up being a hit.
The increasing amount of anime being made per season combined with the current lack of animators means the production quality of all the anime being made is atrocious due to overworked animators having to work in rushed conditions. But that doesn't matter because otaku/weebs are the most pathetic market in the world and will eat it all up regardless of how s*** it is. The only real solace is that less and less people are becoming animators due to the aforementioned working conditions (and slave wages) so hopefully the entire industry will collapse eventually.

What is wrong with you ?

there was a dip in animation quality once the production schedule went up in flames but they did a decent job of salvaging it. Even its low points was top 5 of the year material in terms of production quality. Twitter animators pulled through for them.

He's right about this.
Idk what any of the marvel/snyder bros are going to say in this thread but I just know The Last Duel is a classic
Worth watching to see Damon do medieval dancing at the very least
Do you really want to live in a world where every major movie is a brand spin off or has to have a superhero in it?
With the pricing at theatres and the amount of movies that are available at local libraries, online sites, torrents, youtube, hell amazon prime, criterion channel, hbo max, etc. they can have the silver screen
There's several lifetimes of movies to be watched that have already been released and it's as accessible as ever
But that's just me, I know many people for whom the theatre experience is a big reason for why they love movies
No lies detected
So then what tf happens to the rest of the movies? You watch them at home even though they’re shot on imax film?

The first trailer went crazy but the more they show, the less interested I get.
