I’ll always defend The Batman 3rd act solely because Bruce’s arc in the film is incomplete without it.
Batman needed to do a big heroic act in order to realize that he needed to be a beacon of hope for Gotham instead of vengeance. If you ended the film before that 3rd act, Bruce’s arc is incomplete and he hasn’t really changed that much

The worst aspect of the 3rd act is that it just didn’t flow well with the rest of the film. It should’ve been built up better throughout the movie . It feels like the movie is about to end but then you realize there’s a whole nother act to go . But I think it was necessary for Bruce to do a big heroic act before he could truly grow as a hero

Also the 3rd act gave us these shots , so I’m very thankful for that

Don’t really one as that much above the other. Prob will take The Batman off of just how much material is injected in it being the most Batman focused film we’ve had.

Begins is a fantastic adaptation of what went into Batman’s training, but it’s also a bit harder to rewatch cus origin is played out and it like 70 minutes to get Batman
