If you think def jam didn’t market the s*** outta rick ross at the time you are you blind, ross went into hiding for a whole year and some change because of humiliation….he came back with some make believe beef that def jam told him to insight on top of that he was the face of worldstarhiphop/jordan towers at the time which was like one of the biggest hiphop sites at the time….yeah he probably held his own but to say no one cared about the co s*** is a lie I remember that s*** vividly
