had a nicely balanced gym/bodyweight/yoga routine, all went to s***, ain't feelin like doing anything
ain't reading no books
went from Gold 1 to Silver 1 in Rocket League, the more I play the more I suck
ain't learning no languages, ain't learning s*** tbh
went from alcohol-free 2019 to daydrinking bullshit again (my biggest L)
after around 60 days of noporn and over 30 days of nofap, I'm back on my bullshit again
ain't even really playing no video games, ain't watching movies/listening to new music

I get depressed when I feel I ain't getting s*** done, and rewarded when I look back at what I've completed.
However I'm not the textbook kind of guy, reading is just not for me, I need to experience things.

From March 10th to this past Sunday I wasn’t doing s*** and fell into a lot of the same patterns you did (went from not smoking to wake and bake, no exercise etc). But turning s*** around now. We‘re in the middle of something crazy, unprecedented. It’s ok to slip up in the face of that
