Not to mention his loosies and tapes, really his only meh albums are Lasers and F&L2 (Which both were because of Atlantic) and Drogas Light (Full of throwaways meant for his album before that). If Atlantic didn't f*** him over, he would've been had one of the best discographies in hip hop. Not to mention he's working on 3 albums currently, which I'm sure all of them will at least be great.

This is 100% true but the mainstream stopped listening to his music a long time ago and they will not acknowledge it.

Yeah he has 4 quality albums + some dope tapes, that's a lot more than most rappers will ever be capable of.

idk man the cool food and liquor and revenge of the nerds are classics and also are all about not selling out and maintaining artistic integrity

Wordplay was insane on that track, the beat, the hook, I used to underestimate Lupe but Drogas Wave showed me I was wrong.

Skulls will be like that I think, Lupe already implied he'll be heading towards more traditional hip-hop style and it won't have crossover appeal like most of his music. It'll be his best work yet, mark my words
