Those dog breeds that were bred for practical purposes are hard as f*** imo. Beagles, border collies, Rottweilers, dutch shepherds, etc. Vital companions

Been tryna find a Doberman breeder for a hot minute now for real. I want one so badly. They’re such insanely cool dogs
Akita (both American and Japanese)
Samoyed
Alaskan malamute
Akitas and Shibas are cool, I considered both tbh

I prefer bigger dogs so I gravitate towards Akita more. Shibas def cool tho and have a unique personality for a dog
Are Akita's good dogs? They look so beautiful
Great dogs but can be aggressive towards other breeds. Very protective as well.
Just gotta train them which is the same as every dog. Training is everything

Yeah I agree I’m the same, I’d much rather have a bigger dog than a smaller or medium one I think which is why I decided against tryna get a shiba. That and they’re kind of stubborn from my understanding. Akitas seem cool though for sure, I’d consider it maybe later once I am a bit older and s***

My family had an Akita when I was growing up. I loved that dog with all my heart. Loyal, fun, and easy to cuddle up with. Miss him so much
Remember that thread on here awhile back where people were collectively s***ting on dogs and owning dogs? I’m glad this thread restored my faith in this site because I was appalled

Thanks, my friend has a Shiba. They're awesome too
