For me, I gotta go with Rick Ross.

I don't think Drake and Wayne necessarily sound amazing together, why I've never been in a rush to see a collab album from the two.
Don't think there's anything especially unique about the Drake/Weeknd collabs chemistry-wise, though undeniably iconic.
PND/Drake is solid, I think their chemistry on a song is a lot more clear than Weeknd/Drake.
Ross/Drake is the winner for me. Their production selection is always something that really compliments the both of them, and they bring something out of each other on songs. Ross never feels like dead weight either, his contributions add to it.
My biggest complaint of Drake/Future collabs is that (a) Future kinda dominates the song's vibe, like on WATTBA, or (b) it ends up a bit of a throwaway track like Used to This. Life is Good was an exception to this.
I don't think Trav ever really carries on Drake/Trav collabs but we've gotten some elite Drake performances out of them.
Edit: Forgot 21, I think they have great chemistry and 21 brings something cool out of Drake. Their album made a lot of sense to me, more than the drake/future one or a wayne/drake one.

!https://youtu.be/I_0bfb-DlXkWhole Drake/Ross tape not being made sometime in 2010-2015 is unfortunate.
Wayne & The Weeknd
I would say the most missed opportunity would be Travis. They could've had a collab tape out by now after Sicko Mode
I think it's clearly 21, all things considered. They compliment each other in a way that I just don't feel when I hear him with anyone else. Part of that is Drake leaning all the way in to a different archetype, but it's awesome.
There was legitimate magic with Weeknd though. That would be my 2nd pick. Drake and Ross are great too.
Drake is so good with the pen, that a lot of his collabs for me seem completely unnecessary. Like, him and Wayne, or him and future, they've got great records together but often times I'm left wishing I heard the Wayne solo of said record, or the future solo of said record
40
Ngl I've almost always preferred to simply hear another drake verse when he's on a record with another rapper.
That's why 21 stands out to me, because I actually enjoy 21 when he's on a record with Drake. The lane that he forces Drake to go in, the charisma that 21 sprinkles on a record, love it.
Whole Drake/Ross tape not being made sometime in 2010-2015 is unfortunate.
nah need drake on his 40’s bag for that
Trav ain't #1 but boy do they never miss
