    lol if you're trying to 'run into' VCs and founders Sea Cliff and Pacific Heights are probably your best bet but they're not lively. Marina and Russian Hill are better for that.

    then dont actually live in the city. go live in berkeley or oakland or san jose

    preferably anywhere with a bart connection. those are cheaper than the city + you don't have to drive

    you could also live in a city like vallejo or concord which are cheaper but s***tier cities. concord has bart but vallejo you gotta drive like 30 minutes to el cerrito for bart

    im recommending public transit cause of gas prices + traffic in the city sucks d***.

    But dude I’m not going there to save money, so I’m not optimizing for some pocket change. I want to live where everything is happening, not on some sideline or having to commute. I want to make millions, not save a couple thousands bucks
