As a whole package, which I would define as: overall sound, production, song writing, performance, cohesiveness (I.e. does album stick with a theme and execute on it successfully)

Interesting i can see an argument for this. Even if people don’t like the album, it certainly has a theme, sticks with it, is performed well in the context of what the album is trying to say, and has pretty good instrumentation
