I'm looking to get back into running everyday again fam I need some suggestions.
Looking for something with good cushioning and comfort
The Reebok forever floatride energy 2’s (mouthful ik) are excellent running shoes and aren’t super expensive. solereview.com/reebok-forever-floatride-energy-2-review
The nike pegasus line is also really well rounded and there’s some good width options if you need them
If it's possible go to specialty store and they'll help recommend the one that best suit you
But yeah i recommend the Nike Pegasus series. widely available, amazing pair and the soles last really decent (up to 400 miles)
ultra boosts

generally if you go to a running shoe store and ask for advice they'll try to do a gait a***ysis where they tell you to walk in a straight line with your shoes off;
a lot of these people know f*** all and just recommend cookie cutter shoes based off of what they see. feel free to take their recommendation but in general whatever brand your running shoe is doesn't matter. as long as the shoe feels comfortable while you're walking and running (they should let you jog around in the shoes to see if they're a good fit)
also there is no break-in period for running shoes if anyone tries to peddle you somethin like that
tl;dr - whatever feels comfortable when you walk and run in them
any runners
Nike, new balance, adidas
Get a name brand obvi and make sure you try them on and stuff can’t go wrong with either brands even puma

I've gone thru many pairs there's def a need to break em in in like couple sessions, just that its not as awkward cus running is natural
Like no one's putting on a fresh pair for race day, that just be silly
