damn this is my first time hearing this one
he did have a totally definitive psych song this year so
oops didnt realize i was looking at their '69 album when i posted that
this my favourite jam they did in '68

Stephen Stills upon hearing Paul nearly broke up the Beatles this year by forcing them to do take after take of a cloying nonsensical ditty; "hold my beer"

I always thought it was unique and a standout track
it's cool that Richie took it seriously for the fan when everybody else was moving on to bigger and better things

shoutout to him for being in Poco, whose used albums absolutely flood almost every record store ive ever been in
might be a regional thing

Nah there's definitely a lot of Poco rekkids floating around which is weird because they don't seem to have a hit. Probably their record company cranked out way more than they needed. I think I got a couple albums in before I gave up because they werent hitting like this absolute gem;

amount of time ive listened to Jealous Guy since this came out
