was a pimp, d*** dealer and studio musician for ages before Gris Gris. had to switch from guitar to piano after one of his fingers got shot off at an especially hectic gig. performed a theatrical stage show inspired by medicine shows, Mardi Gras costumes, and voodoo ceremonies. was a real character.

Nothing too spectacular tbh. Have way more film books of that variety to reference.
