these definitely a certain degree of campiness in most of these performances that wasnt present at all in 1969
its great though
also the cover choices were more subtle than just doing Bridge, Youve Lost That Loving Feeling, You Dont have To Say You Love Me etc which already had iconic renditions
Fun House is the Astral Weeks of hard rock
no band ever topped this transcendence
"The changes in the city
Made a fool of me
I got too free
Forgot I had a family"

wha you think of this broski @Koala
@RVI canterbury bangers
Wyatt had an off year

That Moody Blues song Melancholy Man was next level too. That almost immediately jumped into my all time favorites.

had the melody stuck in my head for my whole vacation
Nothing like finding a melody that just paralyzes you

You should check out the new Lemon Twigs album. It sounds exactly like it came out in 1970. The production, vocals, and just general melodic sensibility is so accurate. It was so good it made it into my 21st century list.
