lmao. Henry Cow has one of the nerdiest prog sounds ever.
thought the same about UFO but a friend put these tracks on and I changed my mind. Phenomenon is a great album
Bachmann is a classic. Kinda cheesy but I like that track.
Residents album is a grower.

Always loved that bridge section on Rock Bottom. I could listen to a whole song like that.
You gotta watch Phantom of the Paradise before we move on to 75.
yeah that was wild, feel likes its gonna be bouncing around in my head for a while. didnt realize Swan was played by your Paul Williams till the credits rolled
what a diabolical little homunculus of a villain (knew instantly he must be based at least partially on Spector).
Somehow forgot to mention in my list,
Richard & Linda Thompson - The End of the Rainbow
Richard & Linda Thompson - Withered and Died

Yeah the Spencer connection is pretty obvious. Did you notice the Warren Zevon quality to that first piano rendition of Faust? I prefer Williams version, but they’re both nice. I was also pretty impressed with Jennifer Harper’s ballad, it felt like a Bond theme. The glammy throwback songs throughout are really fun as well. Goodbye Eddie reminds me of the stuff The Kinks do on their 75 record.

I thought that was Zevon at first
I was prepared to cringe at Jessica Harper's song but she crushed it on some Linda Ronstadt s***.
Beef was way over the top but pretty funny.
Finally decided to take Billy Joel seriously. Not one of his better albums, but this is solid.

It's Not Living (If It's Not With You) when?
I've gone this far without hearing then and plan to keep it that way
Don't think I'm a Billy Joel fan
I was a skeptic for years, but I recently listened to The Stranger in full and I have to concede that’s it’s kind of a perfect album.

Lol is the joke that this is a song from “The 1975”

I just don't dig his voice or style from what I've heard. Piano Man obviously a classic but I didn't want to keep it in rotation.
