I discovered this banger recently by an obscure UK band called The Jook. It’s from 74, but still worth sharing. Feels like a reflective distillation of the era, rather than something completely organic to the time. What a killer hook.

plus i have too much knowledge about music and anime which is autistic as well. it would be even more autistic to have too much knowledge about film, television, and literature but it's overwhelming.

I'm pretty confident I have more knowledge about music and movies than you and I'm sure I'm not autistic. I don't think that's a good barometer.

Well I'm a great conversationalist in person, can maintain eye contact, no sensory processing issues, fairly steady behavioural patterns. Obviously intense focus on specific interests but I doubt very much that I'm autistic.

is there such thing as being autistic on the internet while not being autistic in person? or can you have autism if you randomly post youtube videos?

I don't think you can be diagnosed without face-to-face interactions with somebody that has a degree

i thought having intense interest in music and anime would make me autistic but if i act normal irl then i'm not. i have mild schizoaffective disorder bipolar-type but since i'm on meds i have no symptoms at all.

i think randomly posting youtube videos is just me being influenced by past manic episodes
