only the Richard one very nice

Chuck, Buddy, Everlys and Ricky had all the classics that year. Elvis, Bo, Fats and Jerry all did solid work but no immortal classics really

    there was also this

You think Buddy dying is the reason 1960, 1961, and 1962 had no classic rock tunes?

    that and:

-elvis going to the army and selling out in general for hollywood

    -richard getting reborn

    -pervy chuck going to jail

-pervy jerry marrying his child cousin

having said that Fats, Bo and especially Ricky held it down

I thought he was an actor

Didn’t know he was a musician

He was a child actor raised in public on a very popular tv show. When he was a bit older on a date with a chick in '56 who wouldn't shut up about this new singer named Elvis he lied and told her he was recording a record too... So he went home to his famous Hollywood producer dad and got him to help put together a band and some recording sessions his first few jams were borderline Pat Boone tier soft (he was also handsome and rich so not taken seriously at first) but after a year he put together his own hot s*** band and started delivering classic after classic with an incredibly smooth delivery. He earned respect from everyone after a few years. Legend.

Came out with his first real classics in '58
