Here's my problem with The Dark Knight
I think it's a fantastic crime drama but not a great Batman movie if that makes sense
It's one of my favorite movies of all time but not my favorite Batman movie

nah man this is one of the worst i remember being excited and this was such a bore to get through i never walked out the theater so disappointed ben batman was the worst and ill always stand on that

Here's my problem with The Dark Knight

It's one of my favorite movies of all time but not my favorite Batman movie
I mean, Batman's awesome in it though. Even if Bale/Bruce is overshadowed by Joker and Dent, he's very true to the character and goes through a lot of really powerful arcs as the story unfolds. Low-key his character does and experiences more than anything Pattinson does with like half the screentime lol
As much as I do like The Batman, it's far from my favorite Batman film. Stylization in an adaptation doesn't always automatically make something superior if what's underneath is lacking, just like how realism doesn't automatically make something lacking if what's underneath is spectacular.
