For me The Seer was the first album to REALLY make Swans click for me fully so that one has a special place for me

i love 90s swans but these new albums i just can't get into, the seer is alright i guess

the newer stuff is for sure weaker than their 80s and 90s stuff.

they're all pretty close honestly, might go glowing man off the strength of frankie m but the atmosphere on seer is incredible

the final trilogy might clear though

It’s my least fav i think off the Seer if i HAD to choose one bc it’s pretty much flawless

I'm not sure. I always say Children of God but I would have to relisten to plenty of albums to find out if that still holds true for me.

yup it's been a while since I listened to a bunch of their albums in succession. Top3 probably are Soundtracks, Children of God and White Light...

havent listened em in a while but gonna go with The Seer, also didnt know the glowing man existed so i guess ill go check that out
